1. What aspects of our college culture hinder us from moving forward?

  • Need to update building/classrooms regarding furniture and technology. 
  • Private business (3rd party) culture (IPD) alongside traditional educational culture sometimes at odds culturally/values.
  • New ideas are not always accepted across the board
  • Departments need more collaboration; we are a team but don't always act like one. Include each school - traditional day/ND/SEGP

2. What could Albertus do better? What is holding the College back from achieving this goal?
