Using a round-robin approach, the a meeting with staff of Albertus Magnus College on June 27, 2012 resulted in the following Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities and Threats.

- Faculty
- Small size campus
- Staff
- President McNamara's strong leadership
- Attractive campus
- Small college community
- Tradition & history
- ADP advising
- Customer service orientation

Opportunities
- Offer different degrees, new majors and programs
- Flex Hours
- Hire more faculty and staff
- Improve marketing and advertising
- Offer job sharing
- Expand course offerings
- Provide staff development
- Internal promotions for jobs
- Improve recruiting

Weaknesses
- Too much focus on Faculty, not enough on staff
- Isolation from areas other than the one you work in
- Need for more opportunities for personal growth
- Miscommunication between offices
- Staff compensation is low
- Lack of selection of food in the dining room
- Outdated facilities, including the residence halls
- Not following through on procedures
- Not enough weekend activities for students

Threats
- Lack of Security on campus, especially in the evening
- The economy
- Cuts to financial aid
- Older buildings, residence halls are not attractive inside
- Other colleges are stepping up their game
- Low enrollment
- Reputation of Albertus is declining due to the low caliber students being admitted
- Not introducing new programs
- Not keeping up with changing times and technologies
