During the Making Sense of the Issues phase of the strategic planning process, the PTF carefully examines the significant body of information gathered from institutional stakeholders during Phase Two. The Task Force identifies emerging strategic themes and develops concept papers around each theme. These three to five page papers set out themes or areas of concern for institutional stakeholders’ consideration. They are intended to present facts, not opinions, about critical elements of issues that would be useful to people who may not have much expertise in a given area.
The concept papers will enable informed reflection and decision-making during the next phase of the strategic planning process, the Vision Conference.
